Working in alliance with our client JCA and Kao Data, Modubuild completed design & build of turnkey internal construction systems at Kao Data in Harlow. The project has now been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious DCS Awards for 2018 under the categories New Design/Build Data Center of the year and Data Center Energy Efficiency Project of the Year.
A new build multi-phase facility scheme included the construction of data halls, cooling plenums, technical spaces, access corridors and office and reception area fit-out. The project was completed in January 2018 and being shortlisted for two DCS Awards is a further reflection of the positive contribution made by all stakeholders and contractors to deliver a high specification and highly efficient facility.
